Rosie, B.B., and Anna confront the challenges arising from Preston Praxton's project to build artificial islands aimed at luring in tourists. However, the construction is stirring up significant amounts of silt, causing environmental concerns. Despite these issues, Praxton remains oblivious to the negative impact his actions are having on the surrounding ecosystem.
