Drew accidentally commits to planning a bridal shower for his former girlfriend, Lisa, mistakenly thinking the bride is an older coworker who shares her name. Meanwhile, Drew’s new employee ranking system reveals that Lisa’s fiancé, Trent, is at risk of being let go due to his poor performance. Lisa suspects Drew’s involvement stems from unresolved feelings, but he argues it’s purely about Trent's work ethic. When Drew confronts Trent about his job performance, he’s shocked when Trent has a moment of clarity and contemplates canceling the wedding altogether.
