S02E07 For Love

Rex takes on the challenge of defending his brother, who struggles with schizophrenia, after he inadvertently causes a man's death by pushing him into traffic. The situation complicates further when his brother refuses to accept any blame or consider an insanity plea. Meanwhile, Lynn and Randi visit the INS in hopes of securing Andres's return to the U.S., but their trip leads to an unexpected revelation that shakes their understanding of the situation.
