After the mysterious murder of an attractive stockbroker, Jane quickly turns her suspicion toward his wife. At the same time, Jane seeks the assistance of a hypnotist to help her overcome her smoking habit. In another turn of events, Matt is infuriated when his ex-wife implies that Jane shouldn't be invited to their son's birthday celebration.
