Bugs Bunny is fed up after Elmer Fudd slaps an outrageous tax on his carrot-infused tea. So he sneaks aboard Elmer’s ship to spark a revolution. With a quick costume change and a clever disguise, Bugs rallies the colonists, staging a tea party that Elmer won’t soon forget. Crates of carrot-tea fly overboard as the rabbit leads the charge for freedom.
