Simon reintroduces a longtime acquaintance in hopes of persuading David and Michael to trust him. Meanwhile, David has successfully maintained balance in the household since Georgia's departure, managing both the home and the children's education while also completing a draft of his film script. However, Michael becomes anxious upon seeing an ambulance at their neighbor's house, stirring concern for their well-being.
