Donnie and Moretti find themselves in the midst of chaos as a sniper targets the Federal Building lobby. Pierce discovers that the gunman has a fear of Extreme Low Frequency radio waves, prompting him and Moretti to venture to Virginia's Quiet Zone, where they suspect the shooter may be hiding. Meanwhile, Donnie catches the attention of the captivating Shelby Buchanan, who encourages him to consider a run for political office.
