Axelrod faces disappointment as he loses Marcy and struggles with his weight issues. Dr. Craig reluctantly takes on the task of explaining life’s realities to a young woman with intellectual disabilities. Additionally, Dr. Westphall is confronted with some difficult revelations from his sister-in-law, forcing him to reflect on his own life and relationships.
