Harold decides to establish a MENSA chapter and asks everyone to take an IQ test. Meanwhile, Red installs dual controls in his car for added safety. Ranger Gord showcases an animated film about flying squirrels as a fun educational segment. Red and Dalton come to Walter's aid as he tries to get his kite back. In a burst of creativity, Red invents a portable steering wheel using a vegetable steamer and transforms an old VCR into a power clothesline.
