S01E04 Brunch and Leftovers

As Amy and Chris continue their lockdown, they decide to whip up a delicious brunch together. Amy prepares Peach Bellinis while Chris guides her through frying eggs with shallots, sautéing spinach, cooking pork sausage, and flipping pancakes. To add a sweet touch, Chris candies his beloved fennel for some delightful scones. With their pantry well-stocked, they shift to using up leftovers. Amy brews a soothing Hot Toddy for Chris, who creatively transforms their leftovers into mashed potatoes, a warm radish and potato salad with tonnato dressing, and an enormous frittata.
