Deidre and Calum are deep into their wedding preparations. While chatting with Helen about their future, Deidre expresses her desire for them to remain in Darrowby. Meanwhile, Calum receives a job offer in Nova Scotia. Siegfried, feeling responsible for pushing Calum to apply for the position, is now eager to convince him to think twice about the move.
