Diana has received another promotion, now leading the corporation that oversees MMN. However, just as she prepares to depart, she becomes tangled in a sexual harassment controversy. This puts Katie in a difficult position, torn between her loyalty to her mentor and the concerns raised by her colleagues. Meanwhile, Carol steps up as the new head intern, facing the challenge of showing both the other interns and herself that she is worthy of the role.
