A husband and wife are taking legal action against their ex-tenant, alleging that she caused over $80,000 in damages to their rental property. The tenant, however, argues that the claims are inflated and are merely a way for the couple to fund renovations on their own home. In response, she files a countersuit to reclaim her security deposit.
