Million Dollar Listing New York (2012)

S09E10 New York Upstate Of Mind

Fredrik takes on a challenging live-in sales opportunity for a $15 million luxury penthouse. Drawing inspiration from his friend Dorinda Medley in the Berkshires, Steve hosts a flashy open house at his Upstate farm, dragging a skeptical KJ along for a muddy stroll. Meanwhile, Tyler shows an NYU professor a selection of properties, including a Tenth Avenue apartment that Fredrik has listed exclusively, where they engage in a heated debate over the pricing.
