A team of cyborg mercenaries, headed by a woman with ties to Wolverine's history, approaches him for assistance in uncovering the mysteries of a long-hidden alien spacecraft. They coerce him into using his unique skills to access the secrets within, setting the stage for a confrontation that intertwines his past with present dangers.
