S02E13 Doug Battles the Rulemeister

Title: Doug Faces the Rulemeister Plot: Roger deceives Doug into violating a school regulation, resulting in Mr. Bone assigning Saturday detention to the whole class. In response, Doug envisions how Quailman would confront the Rulemeister, a tyrant enforcing ridiculous rules, in a quest to free his friends from their punishment.
