In their initial couples therapy session, Louisa and Martin are caught off guard when they're assigned homework. Meanwhile, Morwenna is frustrated as a teenage intern attempts to take charge at the surgery. Mrs. Tishell is taken aback when Clive, her husband, returns with a desire to rekindle their relationship. Amidst the chaos, Louisa finds herself needing to contact Martin urgently when one of her students faints during a school trip.
