The pressure of managing the deck crew is starting to overwhelm Eddie. Meanwhile, James is having a tough time fitting in with his fellow crew members. A few blunders by the team lead to significant issues during the charter, prompting Captain Lee to have a candid talk with everyone after several alarming incidents. In the end, Shane's constant errors become too much for Eddie to handle.
