Horatio discovers yet another body with its eyes removed, leading him to suspect his long-time adversary, “The Taunter.” However, as the investigation unfolds, it becomes clear that The Taunter has a solid alibi that complicates the case. With mounting evidence but a lack of concrete suspects, Horatio must navigate a web of deception to uncover the truth behind the grisly murders.
