In 2013, a new time traveler makes their presence known as the CMR network detects a fleeting link to another CPS suit. Kiera embarks on a quest to track down this traveler, which unexpectedly leads her to reconnect with her former partner, Elena. However, this pursuit attracts the dangerous attention of Liber8, along with increased surveillance from Gardiner, who keeps a close eye on Kiera's actions.
