Authorities chase after a Land Rover suspected of having cloned license plates, but the vehicle eventually crashes on the M62, prompting the occupants to make a run for it. Will the police be able to apprehend them? Meanwhile, in Grimsby, officers encounter a dilapidated white transit van. Upon stopping it, they find that it has failed its MOT, but further investigation uncovers a startling array of violations, along with a potent odor of cannabis.
