Nitz volunteers to assist Kimmy at the Spring Carnival, where the band Good Charolette is set to perform. However, he soon finds himself embroiled in a competitive game of "Risk" alongside Gimpy, Rocko, and Cal, who mistakenly believes they are playing Monopoly and repeatedly gets tangled in his sleeping bag.
