Mark's friend finds himself in a dire situation as a corrupt loan shark extorts him with exorbitant interest rates. Concerned for his friend's well-being, Mark decides to go undercover, even though the Chief disapproves. He poses as a potential borrower to gather information and expose the mastermind behind the operation, determined to bring the villain to justice.
