In the midst of the chaotic warfare engulfing São Paulo in 1993, both on the streets and within the prison system, a collective of inmates unites to establish a powerful new faction known as Primeiro Comando da Capital, or PCC. This group emerges from the turmoil, driven by a shared sense of purpose and determination to assert their influence amidst the escalating violence.
