Negator, a villain with a knack for technology, spots Man-At-Arms demonstrating his new invention, the Beam Ray, in the desert. Recognizing its potential, Negator tries to persuade the scientist to join him, hoping to exploit his genius for his nefarious schemes. When Man-At-Arms declines, Negator kidnaps Teela to force his hand. Meanwhile, He-Man, Ram Man, and Battle Cat embark on a search for their missing allies, only to be drawn into Negator's underground electronic lair. There, Negator traps He-Man and Ram Man in a twisted electronic "game" of his design.
