S04E19 Quick-Quick Slow Death

An agent meets a tragic fate when he is hit by a car while trying to dispose of a body dressed in a dinner suit, which he was awkwardly transporting in a pram. This incident ties back to Terpsichorean Training Techniques, the dance school where Emma is an instructor and where Steed decides to sign up.
