Bonanza (1959)

S03E14 Gabrielle

In this holiday tale, reminiscent of Johanna Spyri's "Heidi," Hoss and Joe discover a blind girl whose family has tragically perished in a wagon accident. As they delve deeper into her story, they find out that her grandfather is a reclusive and embittered man, having spent two decades behind bars for a crime he didn't commit.
