The Mayor has proof that Randy destroyed his neighbor's yards as a protest against homegrown marijuana, only to shift the blame onto a Mexican Joker. Frustrated with Randy and Tegridy Farms, the people of South Park have reached their breaking point and are now demanding that he be thrown behind bars.
