A representative from the Australian mining sector comes to BallyK in search of a "man named Quigley." If Brian can establish a connection to another Quigley from BallyK, who owned an Australian gold mine back in 1854, he could claim a hefty reward of half a million Australian dollars. Brian's efforts to trace his lineage to Jack Quigley are thwarted repeatedly by unfortunate circumstances, but he eventually manages to find the proof. However, skepticism arises about the legitimacy of the Australian offer. Meanwhile, Orla unexpectedly brings a man onto Conor's boat, claiming he’s a writer for a fishing guide, and insists that a positive review will elevate Conor's business. Yet, if he’s truly an expert, why isn’t he using the right bait? Is there more to his presence than meets the eye? Imelda shows up to assist Niamh, but her biting remarks prove too much to handle, leading to a candid confrontation.
