Ugly Betty (2006)

S04E11 Back in Her Place

A resilient Betty shares her nightmare of a week with Mr. Z, leading to a series of flashbacks highlighting her recent struggles. Stuck with meaningless tasks from Wilhelmina at Mode, she finds motivation in Audrey Hepburn's memoir and starts a blog to spotlight inspiring charitable initiatives. While this new outlet brings her joy, her job is turning into a nightmare as Wilhelmina subjects her to grueling beauty experiments for upcoming articles. Meanwhile, Daniel suspects Marc is undermining him—and he is; Bobby tries to treat a moody Hilda during "Hilda Week," but the plan goes awry, and Wilhelmina makes a serious commitment to the imprisoned Connor.
