When Barney catches a glimpse of Andy and Helen sharing a kiss in a jewelry shop, he mistakenly believes they are secretly engaged. Excited by the idea, he sets out to organize a surprise engagement party. However, Andy and Helen, who are not actually engaged, find themselves in a tight spot as they try to navigate Barney's well-meaning but misguided plans.
