In the climactic finale of season three, Eric steps in to help a couple struggling with their engagement. Meanwhile, Mary, Lucy, and Simon grapple with the consequences of secret romances, particularly when Simon is discovered with Deena, sharing a kiss in his room. Julie ties the knot with Dr. Hastings (Hank) and soon discovers she's expecting a baby. In another twist, Heather ends her engagement upon discovering her fiancé's infidelity. Matt seeks to mend his relationship with Shana after his impulsive decision to run away with Heather, desperately asking for her forgiveness.
