Goofy's birthday bash is thrown into chaos when Rocket Mouse's cosmic crises keep crashing the celebration. Just as Goofy is about to blow out his candles, a distress call from a distant galaxy sends Rocket Mouse zooming off, leaving Goofy mid-wish. Every attempt to enjoy cake, games, or gifts is derailed by another interstellar disaster—from runaway asteroids to malfunctioning satellites. Goofy, ever patient, tries to keep the party spirit alive, but Rocket Mouse's heroics turn the backyard into a launchpad. In the end, Goofy realizes the best gift is helping a friend save the universe, even if it means celebrating between blasts.
