Mayor Humdinger disguises himself as a child in an attempt to enter a soapbox derby that’s exclusively for kids. His plan is to sabotage the event, but the Paw Patrol catches wind of his scheme. With teamwork and determination, the pups work together to ensure the race goes smoothly and teach Humdinger a lesson about fair play. In the end, the derby is a success, and the pups prove that with courage and friendship, they can overcome any challenge.
