White House and Jackpot work together in an effort to persuade a person threatening to jump from a building's edge to reconsider their decision. At the same time, Lazarus and Tonya are on a mission to track down the guardians of a young person implicated in a hate crime. Additionally, a distraught pet owner creates complications for Kenny and Ahmad as they navigate the challenges of finding her lost dog.
