Zack finds himself in charge of looking after Carey and Cody while they're under the weather. Seizing the opportunity, Cody manipulates his situation, turning Zack into his personal servant. At the same time, Mr. Moseby introduces a competition for "Employee of the Month," sparking a rivalry among the staff as they vie for the prestigious recognition.
