Frustrated by his inability to express himself, the Snorch visits Dr. Buzz Kutt, who equips him with a new voicebox that grants him a stunning speaking voice. Oblina, captivated by his charm and intellect, teaches him the art of scaring, and they quickly bond. This new friendship leaves Zimbo, Ickis, and Krumm feeling neglected and excluded.
