Million Dollar Listing New York (2012)

S01E03 Hard Hats and Hard Heads

Fredrik secures a whole building from a leading developer in New York City, but there's a twist: the project is still being built, and he needs to sell the units before they’re finished. Meanwhile, Ryan takes on a listing in Gramercy Park, eager to demonstrate that his youthful enthusiasm can resonate in this traditional and established area. In a pivotal moment, Michael makes a crucial phone call that will decide whether he successfully sells $30 million in apartments at Trevor's building or walks away empty-handed.
