Frank is tasked by the mayor to participate in a parade celebrating a man previously imprisoned for plotting an assault on law enforcement. Meanwhile, Danny looks into the mysterious reappearance of a teenager who vanished without a trace 13 years prior. Additionally, Jamie and Eddie come to the aid of a young woman they suspect is being taken advantage of by a congressman.
